Download the E-IX app from the Download page, log in with your account, and connect to a node near you.
E-IX works on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. It also supports Clash Verge, Surfboard, and Clash Meta clients.
Log in to your account dashboard and go to Account Settings. You can reset your password from there or via the email link.
Go to Billing in your account dashboard and choose Cancel Plan. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Try switching to a different server region or protocol. If the issue persists, contact support via email or Telegram.
