Yes. The E-IX app v2.4.0 for Windows supports both Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. It does not support 32-bit Windows installations. The app auto-updates in the background so you always have the latest node list and security patches without manual intervention.
The installer requires administrator rights to run for the first time, which is standard for any app that installs a network adapter. After the initial installation you can connect and disconnect without elevated permissions. If your organisation's IT policy restricts software installation, use Clash Verge as an alternative — it can be installed to a user-level directory without admin rights.
E-IX uses a TUN-mode proxy rather than a traditional VPN adapter, so it coexists with other VPN clients without conflict in most configurations. If you notice routing issues, check that no other software is also running in TUN mode at the same time.
